Swallowfield decoy pond has now been stocked for a second year with some quality bream and tench. 166lb of tench and 100lb of bream equating to about 130 & 90 fish respectively, were supplied by Fishers Pond Fishery at Winchester.

This is the second consecutive year tench and bream of around a 1lb have been stocked – slowly growing the stock on making it a fantastic little estate pond for a couple of hours maggot fishing. The resident crucians have also spawned this year!
