Pollution

If you spot pollution (especially sewage), report it immediately — don’t just post on Facebook.
Call the EA hotline: 0800 807060 and Thames Water: 0800 316 9800. Clearly state it’s an active pollution incident and note the incident number.

For serious cases, Thames Water can send a team within two hours. You can also email photos/videos to ics@environment-agency.gov.uk and notify TDFC at info@tdfc.org.uk

Once it’s reported and logged, feel free to share on Facebook. This helps us get quicker action.
