Your Club Needs You

This AGM includes changes and new appointments to Officer and General Committee roles. These positions require member approval.

The AGM is your opportunity to:

• • • Hear about fisheries work and club activities over the past year
    • Learn about plans for the 2026/27 season
    • Ask questions and contribute to the future direction of the Club

We encourage all members to attend.

Trophy Claims

Please submit all trophy claims by 31 March 2026.

Refer to the Members’ Handbook for details of specimen fish trophies.

Minutes from 2025 AGM

Minutes from the AGM held in April 2025 will be available in the Members’ Section of the Club website.

Copies of the 2026 AGM minutes will also be available after the meeting.

Voting Eligibility

Voting is open to:

• • • All Full Members
    • Associate Members with at least five years of continuous TDFC membership

Only Full Members may be elected to Committee positions.

Committee meetings are held monthly on weekday evenings (usually Wednesdays), with a mixture of in-person and online meetings.

If you wish to stand for a vacant position, please complete the nomination form and return it to the Secretary by 10 April 2026. Email: tdfcsecretary@gmail.com

Any Other Business

If you require a detailed or researched response to a question, please notify the Secretary in writing by 10 April 2026.

Questions raised without prior notice may not receive a full response on the evening.

Foster Memorial Trophy

Awarded annually to a member who has made a significant contribution to the Club’s success.
